We build the tools and automation that allow site leaders to optimize staffing, improve associate experience, and drive operational excellence. This team sits at the nexus of data engineering, product management, and supply chain execution—modernizing how labor is planned, deployed, and measured across hundreds of facilities.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL expertise for data management, automation, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale automated analytics tools using SQL‑driven pipelines to improve data accuracy and streamline labor planning workflows.
  • Design and maintain advanced Power BI data models and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into workforce health and daily staffing outcomes.
  • Manage Win The Day (WTD) automation—including hours, volume, and GRT reporting—to ensure alignment between workload and performance dashboards.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic capabilities, to evolve labor‑mitigation and decision‑support tools.
  • Lead the migration of 361+ sites into Polaris by August 2026, ensuring seamless cutovers and field‑ready documentation.
  • Own backlog and roadmap cycles, prioritizing key enhancements such as borrowed labor logic, split‑shift scheduling, and task‑based labor modeling.
  • Coordinate deployment and change‑management activities, ensuring site leaders are trained through non‑production previews and process guides.
  • Deliver weekly performance insights to senior leadership tracking ROI, projections, and operational outcomes.
