About The Position

Serves as Lead Planner responsible for the coordination of work plans for smart restroom operators and Planners within the Maintenance Control Center branch for the Office of Facilities. Ensures efficient and cost-effective completion of unit work goals while supporting the establishment, management, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) across all Facilities business units. Works to identify deficiencies in work order backlogs, condition assessments, and delays in work order completion by utilizing software systems such as ONYX Workstation, Honeywell, and Lenell. Ensures day to day activities in support of unit work goals are completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner within established policies and procedures. Supports the development of standardized work plans, projects, tasks, and work orders for assignment to business units or crafts

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in an administrative or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage skilled teams and oversee the maintenance of facility buildings is essential.
  • Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of facilities management programs, team building, and manpower utilization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, is required for tracking, analytics, and coordination in facilities management and supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to conduct research and present findings to various business units, are also required.
  • In lieu of a degree, year-for-year related experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Facilities management with daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing the EAM activities of work order compliance, backlogs, completions, and scheduling.
  • Uses the EAM database, Honeywell Building Automation, ONYX Workstation and Lenell software systems to compile and analyze all maintenance requests, work orders, labor costs, equipment replacement, and other maintenance related data.
  • Conducts special studies and prepares KPIs, PM Compliance, HEAT Tickets and weekly reports. Schedules all preventative and predictive maintenance work in accordance with established policies.
  • Provides oversight of Facilities’ smart restroom program to include scheduling, tracking, and reporting of smart restroom utilization.
  • Coordinates track allocation scheduling for all work orders assigned to business units within the Office of Facilities taking place within MARTA’s wayside in accordance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Monitors ONYX workstation and trains onboarding planners on preparing ONYX reports
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
