About The Position

As a Lead Facilities Maint Tech here at Honeywell, you will have the crucial role of leading a seamless operation and upkeep of our organization's physical facilities. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with budget management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are wellmaintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed
  • Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and communicate maintenance updates and plans
  • Oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell
