About The Position

Culmen is seeking a Sr. Logistics Program Manager (SME) to support a DOD Space Force program located on customer site in Washington, DC. What You’ll Do in Your New Role The subject matter expertise will provide in-depth knowledge and experience in data analysis, project management, milestone documentation, logistics processes, guidance, regulations, and other areas, including congressional and Government Accountability Office (GAO) oversight. Assist with identifying and developing a variety of logistics-based implementation plans, performing logistics functional analysis to aid the Mission Support organization in completing all operational activities. Assist, analyze, develop, recommend, and implement a wide variety of acquisition and sustainment documentation processes and projects. Ability to support: Weapon System Sustainment; Installation & Mission Support and Headquarters-level advisory work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of Logistics, Installation and Facilities type experience in DOD/US Space Force environment.
  • Must have the ability to support complex teams, work multiple tasks, work under pressure and within short deadlines, and interpret strategic guidance from Senior Leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to advise and communicate effectively with senior clients.
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings efficiently.
  • Experience in building partnerships across teams or organizations.
  • Active Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with identifying and developing a variety of logistics-based implementation plans
