About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Logistics to lead Holley’s corporate logistics function, overseeing transportation strategy, shipping and receiving policy, import/export compliance, and third-party logistics provider management. This high-impact role will define and execute logistics strategies across all business units, supporting efficiency, cost control, and alignment with Holley’s strategic supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong logistics leadership skills, transportation expertise, and a hands-on approach to solving complex logistics challenges across a multi-site environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation management, or global trade compliance in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proven experience developing logistics strategy and managing freight contracts, import/export compliance, and third-party logistics partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs regulations, insurance requirements, and transportation modes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and standardize practices across multiple locations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successful execution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to support logistics operations and site needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting logistics operations through ERP upgrades (SyteLine or similar system preferred).
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience leading logistics-related continuous improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with packaging engineering and freight damage mitigation strategies.
  • Previous success leading logistics transformation initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize Holley’s corporate logistics strategy, including policies, procedures, and performance metrics for inbound and outbound shipping across all locations.
  • Manage domestic and international transportation operations, including mode optimization, carrier selection, routing, and negotiation of freight contracts.
  • Serve as the company’s primary authority on import/export compliance, customs documentation, packaging standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the evaluation and payment of freight invoices, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
  • Define and implement company-wide shipping and receiving procedures that drive standardization, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Establish packaging and load standards to minimize product damage and maximize transportation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with site operations and materials teams to align logistics practices with business needs and identify opportunities for consolidation or process improvement.
  • Provide leadership and support during ERP system transitions (SyteLine upgrade planned), ensuring logistics data accuracy and process readiness.
  • Travel to Holley facilities to assess logistics needs as needed, train teams on standardized practices, and support execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Analyze logistics performance data to identify trends, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with company objectives.
