A role in Reverse Supply Chain Operations means managing the operations for the reverse flow of goods and guest mail returns to Return Centers and throughout the reverse network. The Reverse network at Target is quickly growing with the goal of becoming a best in class operation to increase profitability while supporting GSCL, Stores, and Guests. As a Sr. Logistics Business Partner, Reverse Operations, you will be responsible for our Return Center operations, problem solving, and continuous improvement routines for all process paths and program types (B2B, D2C, Target+, RTV, etc.). You will provide ongoing support for our field operations team and 3PL partners unlocking critical production control capabilities across planning and forecasting while also leading and guiding operational planning across reverse. This role will require analytical thought and root-cause analysis to drive process improvements for our return center operations. You will drive standardization across our multi-node return center network through process creation and strong cross functional relationships with both field and HQ teams. Requirements

  • 3+ years in operational roles or field facing equivalent experience
  • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent analytical ability, capable of translating data into planning models for operational use
  • Flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing
  • Strong ability to build partnerships and collaborate across the organization. Prior CFT leadership or similar experience.
  • Desire to learn new capabilities and seeks to innovate
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Ability to travel up to 25% - varies by project requirements & capability
