As a Software Engineer III, you will assume a key role in the design, development, configuration, and optimization of key functionality within our cloud-based enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which handles the generation, analysis, quality control, and interpretation of clinical data produced by diagnostic NGS assays. You will leverage your expertise in LIMS development and software engineering best practices to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that support clinical diagnostic workflows, laboratory operations, and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on LIMS development experience, deep knowledge of relational databases, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and efficient technical solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional technical and scientific stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of scientific workflows with enterprise applications. This is a salaried position, with occasional weekend work to satisfy project timelines and end-user support. This position can work 100% remote and may require up to 10% travel. Candidates must be located in the US and available during Eastern and Central business hours.
