As Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end architecture and execution of lifecycle strategies that inspire customers to get value from Docusign every day. From data-driven onboarding and activation triggers through long-term engagement, you’ll instrument and optimize sophisticated journeys and campaigns that drive product adoption, deepen usage, and reduce churn. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, you’ll translate business goals into a technical and programmatic roadmap that delivers measurable customer outcomes—driving usage, retention, and expansion at scale. You’ll partner closely with Product Growth, Sales-Led Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless, data-driven customer experience that motivates ongoing engagement and maximizes lifetime value. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
