Requirements

• Experience handling commercial or auto liability bodily injury claims
• Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision making, problem solving, and negotiation competency
• Above average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with varying claim volume

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse inventory of liability claims while delivering exceptional customer service
• Leverage sharp negotiation skills to drive strategic, timely resolutions
• Apply your understanding of medical components in complex claims management
• Retain and direct defense counsel with confidence and precision
