Requirements

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Doctorate Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and marks up drafts (from templates and original drafting), negotiates and closes, commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and other supporting documents across business units
• Develops and maintains library of contract documents and templates
• Drafts and provides comments on drafts of securities disclosures, including Annual/Quarterly Reports
