Apple's Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team. This group provides critical support worldwide for all Apple products and businesses and involves collaboration across cross-functional team both inside and outside of Legal. Some travel is anticipated.

Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions

Responsibilities

Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act)
Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe
Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups
Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers
