This role is accountable for ensuring all training programs align with the organization's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Senior Learning Partner champions the use of advanced learning technologies and cutting-edge instructional design methodologies to enhance the overall learning experience. Utilizing comprehensive data analytics, this role ensures that training programs deliver measurable business results and continuously evolve to meet the changing needs of the organization. Additionally, the Senior Learning Partner provides ongoing support and mentorship to all levels of Learning Partners, fostering an environment of growth and development within the learning team.
