The Role Primarily responsible for onboarding design, planning, execution and coordination activities for external customers into Lumen’s service management platforms as well as ensuring transition handoff to the various managed services support teams. This role is responsible for end‑to-end onboarding execution, with a strong emphasis on backend technical readiness, including network connectivity, IPSec tunnels, firewall, inventory, eBonding, coordination etc. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with external customers and various technical teams, (such as IT, infrastructure, network) ensuring customers are technically ready to go live across complex, secure environments.Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
