Sr Land Services Representative - Texas/Oklahoma
About The Position
The Sr Land Services Representative will support renewable development projects in Texas and Oklahoma . The ideal candidate will be based in the region with access to a major airport to accomodate the travel schedule (100%). Job OverviewEmployees in this role are responsible for planning, controlling and directing real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties to support wind site development. This position will be located in field office with significant travel requirements.
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 3+ years
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
Nice To Haves
- TREC Certification
- Salesforce (any CRM system) or database experience
- Experience with KMZ files, GIS systems, and County websites/search platforms
Responsibilities
- Researches private and public records to determine ownership, mineral leases, etc.
- Analyzes and interprets legal documents
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
