As a Sr. Knowledge Manager II, you’ll join an Enterprise Information Technology team as the program's Knowledge Manager who directly guides the processes and lifecycle around creation of published content (both text and graphic-based instructions and guides) accessible in an electronic format where the information translates complex technical concepts into clear, concise written and visual content. Additionally, you will coordinate the lifecycle for development and refresh of system documentation, SOPs, user guides, technical diagrams, workflows, and roadmaps with inputs from product management, support engineers, analysts, and project managers We know that you can’t have great technology services without amazing people.
