Knowledge Manager The Opportunity: As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your experience and information management knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll be trusted to apply technical expertise to support a DoW organization with information and knowledge management. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and contribute to business processes to ensure the organization safeguards key documents and materials. You will apply digital knowledge management expertise to implement information management strategies in support of the organization, at a time of transformative change driven by artificial intelligence and other technologies. In this role, you’ll directly impact a DoW organization's knowledge management processes by collaborating with stakeholders to govern cross-organizational data sharing and integration among enterprise systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy wherever data resides. Work with us as we implement artificial intelligence and other technologies to ensure knowledge and information management work is efficient, effective, and equitable in support of the customer's requirements. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Information Management or Knowledge Management
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administrator
  • Experience working at a DoW or civilian government agency headquarters element
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 365 environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with archiving records or digitizing official records
  • Experience in electronic document management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts
