As a Key Account Manager at KIK, you will be fully accountable for strategy, performance, and long-term growth. You will set the vision and commercial direction for your customers, owning the P&L and leading all aspects of the business to deliver sustainable gains in revenue, volume, and margin. This role requires strong executive presence and the ability to influence across customer organizations and internal cross-functional teams alike. You will champion Joint Business Planning, lead negotiations, and mobilize internal resources to execute with excellence. Success is defined by your ability to build strategic partnerships, outperform financial targets, strengthen KIK’s competitive position, and consistently deliver profitable growth through disciplined, proactive account leadership. This role will be onsite M-Th at our Bentonville, Arkansas location with remote capabilities on Friday.
