About The Position
As a Senior Java Developer at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, applying your technical expertise to enhance and support Capital Markets systems. This position requires you to collaborate closely with various technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met while balancing the needs of multiple parties. You will be responsible for providing L1, L2, and L3 support for all Capital Markets systems, troubleshooting issues, and developing clear action plans to resolve them. Your role will also involve coordinating with other teams, conducting business analysis, and overseeing testing processes to ensure successful project delivery. In this position, you will act as the IT lead for projects that require not only development but also effective communication and collaboration with project managers, internal constituents, and external vendors. You will document, define, and track project technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all project participants are informed and aligned. Your ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and stakeholders will be essential as you navigate complex projects with minimal guidance and ambiguity. You will also be expected to continuously seek improvements in business operations and platform performance, leveraging your experience and insights to enhance the overall efficiency of the systems you support.
