About The Position

The Sr. Help Desk Support Technician or Sr. IT Warehouse Support Technician maintains and support computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. They must have knowledge of Warehouse process, computer software, hardware, RF equipment and a variety of internet applications. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain efficient operational performance within the warehouse to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability in a 3PL packaging and fulfillment warehouse.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft server product line, Microsoft Office suite, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, data backup, virus protection, and network system monitoring.
  • B.S in Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • RF Technology experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Good research skills, self-directed and self-motivated; good analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel required
  • Participate in on call rotation
