We’re actively seeking a talented Sr IT Solutions Analyst to join our Actuarial Data Team in our Newport Beach office. How you’ll help move us forward: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from actuarial and reinsurance stakeholders to develop effective data solutions • Use SQL to analyze data, validate requirements, and support business reporting needs • Lead requirement gathering sessions and ticket refinement meetings, translating business needs into clear technical requirements • Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria and test plans to ensure quality deliverables • Coordinate development requests through the testing phase and validate implementations against requirements • Implement and monitor data quality checks within our data pipelines • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency through data analysis • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating requirements in both directions
