The Senior IT Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution across ThermoSafe’s most critical IT initiatives. This role ensures complex, cross-functional technology programs are delivered predictably, transparently, and with minimal disruption during ThermoSafe’s transition to a fully independent operating model. The role focuses on execution excellence, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and with high quality. Why This Role Matters This role enables ThermoSafe’s technology organization to move quickly while maintaining clarity, coordination, and control. By focusing on execution and alignment, the Senior IT Program Manager allows technical leaders to focus on strategy and solutions while ensuring delivery remains predictable and well-managed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives
• Strong experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors and internal teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Program & Delivery Management Lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, security, and manufacturing systems
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Ensure consistent delivery practices and disciplined execution across teams
• Stakeholder & Executive Communication Provide clear, concise status reporting for IT leadership and business stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making
• Proactively surface risks, issues, and dependencies with recommended actions
• Vendor & Partner Coordination Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and external service providers
• Ensure work is aligned across vendors without overlap, gaps, or miscommunication
• Track commitments and follow-through against agreed plans
• Agile & Change Leadership Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for technical teams as appropriate
• Support structured change management and controlled release processes
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery methods and team collaboration
• Governance & Risk Awareness Support change governance processes to ensure stability during system and infrastructure changes
• Help teams balance delivery speed with operational reliability
