Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related.
  • Four (4) years in any occupation with experience in SAP ECC IM/WM, LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst experience.
  • Two (2) years hands on experience with SAP S4 HANA LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst must include: Experience in SD module; Supply Chain systems, particularly SAP with external systems; SAP Integration experience using ETL tools like SAP TIBCO/BODS/IDOCs; Integration experience with Manhattan WMS, SAP mobility, IBM Order Management System; Proven track record in providing superior production support; and Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows.

Responsibilities

  • Functional and configuration responsibility for Supply Chain Applications for project, support, and reporting in SAP modules.
  • Responsible for providing functional support for reporting in SAP and other warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate with IT Operations, Business team and consulting partners in Project implementations, testing issues and working on enhancement/production support requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams of IT outside Supply Chain.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
  • Work closely with key business partners during entire lifecycle of the project.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues.
  • Explore and recommend solutions to business requirements and issues.
  • Lead and document requirement sessions for project and enhancement work in Supply Chain area.
  • Support functional and performance testing in IT Supply chain area.
  • Use other applications such as JIRA and Share Point.
