You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager and you will work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: for the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding business requirements and refining/capturing epics in Jira
• Oversight of projects within the Joule space.
• Knowledge of ITPPM (Project Management Tool) will be a plus
• Work on license renewals creating business cases for leadership consumption and financial oversight of key projects
• Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Lead high-impact IT projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather IT requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.
• Conduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
