Responsibilities
- Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding business requirements and refining/capturing epics in Jira
- Oversight of projects within the Joule space. Knowledge of ITPPM (Project Management Tool) will be a plus
- Work on license renewals creating business cases for leadership consumption and financial oversight of key projects
- Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead high-impact IT projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather IT requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.
