As a Senior International Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for import systems maintenance & coordination, import lead-time initiatives, operational support and capability activation & configuration. As Target continues to transform, this role will need to support routines and solutions with internal stakeholders, ultimately enabling a faster and more reliable import system.

Requirements

  • Effective communicator with the ability to frame complex issues and present solutions in diverse settings.
  • Resilient in navigating ambiguity, managing setbacks, and resolving conflicts.
  • Demonstrates courage and confidence in addressing and reconciling differing viewpoints.
  • Experience managing inventory and driving operational efficiency.
  • Flexible to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and available for major incident escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and coordinated entry, maintenance and configuration of multiple interdependent systems aligned to import transportation.
  • Partner with Inventory Management, Domestic First Mile Transportation, and Systems Product teams to solve key freight flow challenges using data-driven insights and root cause analysis.
  • Support systems related projects with multiple interdependencies aligned to supply chain priorities.
  • Support the development of joint capabilities and new routines to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establishing processes and best practices for operations and stakeholder engagement.
