Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related
Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment
Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and direction
Acute attention to process and data detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to develop, submit, and status capital projects supporting the Ocala site.
Track expenditures against approved budgets and submit monthly spend plans.
Support projects through the approval process.
Prepare and review comprehensive capital status reports for senior management.
Collaborate with Program and Functional Leads, Procurement, Government Compliance, Accounting, and MFC Capital Planning.
