Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related
  • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and direction
  • Acute attention to process and data detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to develop, submit, and status capital projects supporting the Ocala site.
  • Track expenditures against approved budgets and submit monthly spend plans.
  • Support projects through the approval process.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive capital status reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Program and Functional Leads, Procurement, Government Compliance, Accounting, and MFC Capital Planning.
