As an Skunk Works® Integrated Program Planner, you will support the planning team for a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. A level 2 employee Typically has 1-3 or more years of professional experience. This position may be located in Fort Worth, TX, Palmdale, CA, or Marietta, GA.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Experiences with networked schedules
Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams
Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Bachelors degree

Nice To Haves

Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
