Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years of communications or marketing experience
  • People or team leadership experience
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Ability to understand business concepts and metrics, and link Marketing strategies to business outcomes

  • Experience with production and visual asset creation (imagery or motion)
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to guide communication projects for design-led brands
  • Strategic thinker with a learning mindset and curiosity for design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with media landscape across digital and analog channels

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2 integrated marketing specialists and managers in developing and executing strategic brand and marketing plans.
  • Guide go-to-market strategy and implementation across digital, print, social media, PR, and events.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to drive creative production and storytelling.
  • Develop and execute strategic programs and initiatives aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Generate content that translates marketing and audience insights into targeted messages and tactics.
  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget expectations while maintaining high visual and brand standards.
