Role Purpose: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to make a significant impact within Carrier CHVAC. As Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, enjoy exposure to both domestic and global projects, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape integrated campaigns that drive growth and innovation. This position will lead high-visibility vertical marketing initiatives while supporting global service strategies. Based in Charlotte, NC, this role provides excellent career development opportunities, including advancement and involvement in enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 5+ years of experience working within vertical marketing strategies
  • 5+ years of experience with campaign management including KPIs and metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business
  • Highly preferred strong experience with CRMs (Salesforce, hubspot, etc)
  • Highly preferred strong experience with ABM campaigns
  • HVAC, Building Automation, digital solutions, or related industries experience
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership Integrate vertical marketing initiatives to deliver customer centric messaging and solutions.
  • Develop global service marketing strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and growth priorities.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution Lead global and vertical campaigns ensuring cultural and sector relevance.
  • Manage external vendors and oversee creative briefs, approvals, and ensure adherence to WHQ brand standards.
  • Insights and Analytics Research on market trends and customer needs.
  • Use insights to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities and advance data-driven decisions.
  • Content Development & Vendor Management Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials tailored for specific personals including collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Manage external vendors for technical content creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product Management, Verticals and Service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
