About The Position
The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for creating immersive and memorable educational experiences for Transamerica customers, including agents, advisors, firms and plan sponsors. This will be delivered through video, webinars, podcasts and blended learning. This role will foster a collaborative and productive learning environment, as a member of the newly formed Learning & Development Center of Excellence (COE) that supports all Transamerica lines of business. This COE reports into the CX/Marketing organization.
