About The Position

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer with deep technical expertise in printer administration, OKTA, and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA). This role focuses on managing enterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades, while ensuring robust security protocols are maintained in the Okta environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Printer administration and management
• Demonstrated experience Fairfax management
• Demonstrated experience Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration
• Knowledge of basic system management (troubleshooting) processes/systems
• Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation
• Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques (for example Crowdstrike, Defender, Manage Engine Endpoint Central)
• Complete assigned task; communicate accurate and useful status updates; follow quality standards; Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
• Perform on-call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting as needed
• Attention to detail for documentation purposes .
• Clear, strong and precise Verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to work and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Work independently with little supervision or guidance.
• Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead printer administration and management across the organization.
• Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.
• Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality.
