About The Position

USG Corporation is seeking a Sr. Informatica ETL Developer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 5 years of related experience. Required Skills: Analyze user requirements and define functional specifications using Agile and SCRUM methodologies; Utilize modeling tools like Erwin to analyze and solve complex problems; Design and develop solutions to support reporting, analytic and warehouse needs using Informatica platform and tools requests; Turn functional data mappings into reporting, analytic and warehousing solutions; Conduct performance tuning on new and existing systems to ensure optimal efficiency; Maintain existing warehouse, reporting and analytic solutions by providing production support; Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, Intelligent Data Management Cloud, and Ab Initio, utilizing Autosys scheduling to automate data processing and improve workflow efficiency; Optimize data operations by writing and refining complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and reconciliation models in Oracle 11g and MS SQL Server, ensuring consistency and automating deployments using GitHub and Informatica Repository Manager; Create advanced SQL queries and architect complex ETL processes; Lead the design, development and modification of complex systems using ETL Solutions, Informatica, Intelligent Data Lake and MS SQL Server.; Automate deployments using GitHub and Informatica Repository Manager. 60% remote work allowed; Must live within normal commuting distance of Chicago, IL. Salary: $145,611-$155,000/year. Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
