Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions. Implement best practices in project management to enhance delivery efficiency. Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL
• Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load ETL
• Associate's degree
