About The Position

The Senior Infor WMS Analyst is responsible for the implementation, supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Infor Warehouse Management System. This role serves as the primary subject-matter expert for system functionality, lead implementation resource, day-to-day issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position partners closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse system performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with a Warehouse Management System; Infor WMS experience strongly preferred.
  • Required: Experience implementing a greenfield WMS and integrating it into an ERP system.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate operational needs into scalable system configurations and technical solutions.
  • Have led process improvement projects resulting in operational efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in an individual contributor capacity with minimal supervision.
  • Subject to background check and drug testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, or related integration tools.
  • Experience with reporting tools or data analysis platforms (Power BI).
  • Previous experience in automotive distribution and/or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal expert on Infor WMS functionality, workflows, configuration, and best practices.
  • Provide daily operational support by troubleshooting system issues and resolving end-user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Configure and test system enhancements, new features, and modifications that support business and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and IT teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement system-driven improvements.
  • Support WMS upgrades, patches, and integrations, including leading and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user job aids.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end users on WMS functionality, new processes, and system changes.
  • Analyze operational data, system performance metrics, and operational workflows to recommend improvements impacting efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
