AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) Diagram and evaluate existing processes Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities Collect data to identify root causes of problems Measure performance against process requirements Align improvement efforts to performance shortfalls Provide consultation on reengineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes Communicate team progress effectively Perform cost and benefit analyses WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest. Requirements
