Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting incentive plan administration across business units and acting as a key liaison with partners. Key responsibilities include resolving complex incentive issues, performing system testing, and managing compensation processes. Job expectations include leading projects, applying independent judgment when responding to employees regarding incentive questions, and providing strategic support to improve efficiency and consistency across divisions.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3-4 successful performance in a role requiring strong analytical skills with ability to manage medium/large sets of data with specific attention to detail
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office; intermediate skills in Excel, i.e. familiar with complex pivot tables, formulas (‘if’statements), data filtering and Vlookups
  • Strong time management and organizational skills / experience, ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A proven team player and collaborator, translating knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships.
  • Requires acute attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills/experience with ability to translate details into executive level messaging
  • Ability to navigate the organization and demonstrated ability to lead and influence up, down and across the organization
  • Results oriented with proven track record of outstanding ability to motivate and influence others to accomplish objectives
  • Critical thinking & problem solving skills when working through complex issues, including the ability to identify issues/gaps by asking the right questions
  • Experience working in multiple information systems simultaneously and solid general database knowledge with the ability to multi-task & toggle into various systems

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access
  • Private Bank experience, preferably knowledge of Investment Management and Trust
  • Knowledge or experience with Private Bank Compensation Incentive Plan
  • Experience using SQL queries
  • Ability to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for related system changes
  • Previous experience with change management or process improvements
  • Experience with PACE and/or Loan IQ

Responsibilities

  • Supports incentive plan administration for assigned business units
  • Resolves complex incentive issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leads projects and provides measurement and process support to business leaders
  • Executes key controls and ensures compliance with incentive plan guidelines
  • Execute defined procedures in support of the administration of incentive plan calculations
  • Execute established Key/LOB specific Controls as assigned
  • Manage Defect and Ops Loss process - Identify defects and partner with peer team to close out defects
  • Research, decision and respond to incentive related requests based on established SLAs and production targets
  • Review files from data sources for accuracy and perform validations as necessary
  • Identify trends in incentive related requests, help determine root cause and provide suggestions on how to lead automation of upstream problems or re-contract work
  • Perform UAT for incentive related system changes
