About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving process and efficiency efforts across our multiple Client Implementation teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for performing platform-agnostic tasks under our shared services model and streamlining the intake process for new projects within an organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Background in project management, project coordination or a related field.
  • High level of competence with MS Excel, M365 applications, and other productivity/analysis software.
  • Experience with process documentation and creating training plans.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, & critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with other teams and leaders.
  • Capable of working in a macro management environment.
  • Ability to adapt and work to timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business highly preferred.
  • Payment Products experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing processes, repeatable tasks, or procedures that enable faster delivery and superior client experiences.
  • Developing and implementing operating methodologies that ensure a smooth, professional, and responsive Certification operation.
  • Keeping current with trends and issues in the payments industry, advises, counsels, and educates department and management on their impact.
  • Providing consultation/expertise on complex projects and other certification/integration activities.
  • Identifying potential risks or conflicts in proposed projects and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborating with different business units and facilitating discussions to clarify project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as required. These responsibilities may include the creation of documentation, project timelines, assignment and monitoring of automation tasks, and the maintenance of other internal systems or processes needed to support our certification projects.
