In this role, you will: Architect and execute a global portfolio of inclusion focused experiential activations, translating Visas priorities into clear OKRs and demonstrable business outcomes. Lead complex, global initiatives with rigorous, senior level project management driving strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. Cultivate and manage key internal and external relationships, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, SMB and People) and external agencies to scale inclusive solutions that strengthen Visas network and market position. Oversee program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing ROI on all experiential initiatives. Deliver executive-ready communications, comprehensive dashboards, and strategic insights that demonstrate the commercial and brand impact of inclusion led experiential marketing.
