The Senior HR Coordinator is a blended role which provides support to and partnership with the Vice President of Human Resources & HR Leaders as well as project, program, event planning, administrative, and process responsibilities. This role requires a strong emphasis on autonomy, good judgement, decision making and personal accountability. The role requires extensive detail orientation and solid organizational and project management skills, to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests and projects across our global teams. Administrative duties are required but are performed less frequently with notable independence and accountability for the work results.
