We are looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner reporting to our Director of Human Resources to join our talented team in beautiful Chattanooga, TN. Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with assigned site executives and their staff at our Chattanooga, TN, Orange County, CA, and Austin, TX sites to provide both strategic and tactical support. This role will work closely with client groups and the broader global HR team to drive workforce readiness, organizational capability, leadership development, and a high‑performance culture. The Sr. HRBP ensures that HR strategies support aggressive growth plans, operational excellence, and a safe, engaged, and inclusive workforce across manufacturing sites. Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years supporting manufacturing or operations.
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and drive accountability at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of HR practices across multiple regions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and execute quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Business acumen – understanding of financial and operational concepts/techniques.
  • Solid track record driving HR initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/HR/OD or equivalent preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with site leadership and employees to improve work relationships, inspire engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Lead staffing activities to achieve workforce plan objectives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with leaders to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive a high-performance and high-engagement culture, including Talent and Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Communications and Total Rewards.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations where necessary.
  • Track and report on site HR metrics.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives that support company-wide objectives and improve employee experience.
  • Manage HR administration and compliance activities, as necessary.
  • Travel to other sites required, as needed.
