About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting manufacturing operations and business teams in Belton, Texas. This role partners closely with site leadership, managers, and employees to deliver people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The Sr. HRBP provides guidance across employee relations, HR policy, talent development, workforce planning, and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company standards. This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience, supporting leaders, and driving HR programs that strengthen Stratasys’ people-first culture in a production environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations practices
  • Experience partnering directly with managers and frontline employees
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Belton, Texas

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR partnership to managers and employees, delivering guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment matters.
  • Support benefits, payroll, and HR operations inquiries and changes.
  • Partner with leaders to monitor employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
  • Counsel employees and managers on work-related issues and facilitate resolution of complex employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations and exit interviews and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement effective people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Serve as an employee advocate to help foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Partner with leaders to execute onboarding and offboarding programs that support strong employee transitions.
  • Support continuous learning and development initiatives, including annual talent programs.
  • Promote engagement, retention, and workforce effectiveness across production teams.
  • Support leaders in job description development and education on HR compliance processes and requirements.
  • Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to inform workforce decisions and organizational initiatives.
  • Support wellness and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives tailored to site needs.
  • Partner on compensation, performance management, staffing, and workforce planning activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety standards and employment regulations.
  • Model Stratasys values and support a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR governance practices.
  • Support site and corporate HR priorities through effective communication and execution.
