About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to own the HRIS function end-to-end in a growing, acquisition-driven environment. It involves hands-on system ownership, influence over HR technology strategy, and exposure to system transitions and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience
  • Hands-on experience with UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the HRIS platform, UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
  • Support implementations, testing, go-lives, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Lead data migration and HRIS onboarding for acquired entities
  • Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems
  • Build reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership
