POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst oversees complex configuration and larger implementation projects, including project management, resource alignment, and troubleshooting. In addition, they define, configure, and deploy the technology roadmap for a subset of Workday. This role drives efficiency and optimization by bringing to life best-in-class processes, developed and defined in partnership with cross-functional teams, to ensure frictionless experiences, alignment to business strategies, and built-to-scale. This role will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of integrations within Workday and will also focus on reporting. This role is open to remote work with some travel required to Appleton, WI.
