About The Position

Senior HR Manager - Commercial for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) RESPONSIBILITIES: Play a critical and influential role in shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell Building Automation. Responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the Commercial functions, ensuring the alignment of HR programs and practices with business objectives. Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assigned functional leaders. Specifically, support the following functions: marketing, pricing, channel, sales excellence and sales. Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI's. Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations. Coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation. Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates. Deliver talent management processes, organizational assessments, earning strategies, and leadership development. Implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs. Develop, implement and improve HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 7 years progressive HR experience with a complex multinational company.
  • Must have 7 years of experience with the following: experience of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Must have 5 years experience with the following: experience in a global and matrixed organization; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities and execution.
  • Must have a SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
