If so, this opportunity may be a great fit. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Knoxville, Tennessee Facilities. In this role, you will help drive a positive associate experience while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence a diverse workforce
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working with HR systems and technology

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a champion of Melaleuca’s mission, vision, and values by fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing work environment
  • Lead all aspects of the human resources function including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Tennessee HR team
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with associates and leaders across the facility
  • Support workforce planning and talent strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Coach and influence leaders to improve feedback, engagement, and the overall associate experience
  • Ensure performance management programs are executed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Handle associate relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and guidance to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Promote and support Melaleuca’s comprehensive benefits program so associates fully understand and utilize available resources
