Sr HR Generalist
About The Position
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell, you will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with corporate objectives. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness. This role reports directly to the HR Director for the North Central Region and will be based out of the Lincolnshire, IL manufacturing location on a Hybrid work schedule, with additional opportunities to work out of the Des Plaines, IL and Rosemont, IL locations. You will impact the organization by shaping the future of its workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity, ensuring Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and support to the organization.
- Develop and deploy talent strategies, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development
- Spend ~20% of your time working on transformation initiatives and special projects aimed at yielding best practices, operating efficiencies, and productivity, while assigned to client groups to execute against key responsibilities.
