About The Position

As an integral member of the HR Team, the Senior HR Generalist balances day-to-day support with project-based work and process improvement, helping to drive consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers to provide high-quality, responsive support across a broad range of HR-related topics. Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment. Requirements

  • Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource administration and applicable employment laws.
  • Experience supporting or exposure to employee relations, leaves/accommodations, immigration, or other compliance-related HR functions.
  • Proven ability to evaluate employment-related situations, gather appropriate information, and provide sound guidance to management and employees.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of talent, organizational, and engagement strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate guidance on HR policies, processes, systems, and programs across multiple channels.
  • Coach managers on employee-related matters including time/attendance, performance concerns, benefits, policies, leaves of absence, accommodations, and general workplace practices.
  • Support employee relations activities by gathering information, documenting cases, and partnering with Employee Relations on investigations and resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison for immigration-related processes by coordinating with employees, internal stakeholders, and external counsel to support compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with Leaves and Accommodations teams to support consistent application of policies and ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and contribute to the development, update, and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes existing HRIS reports to compile, analyze and interpret data to inform critical business metrics and decisions related to: hiring, attrition, engagement, etc.
  • Support communication planning and execution for HR initiatives, including organizational changes, talent processes, and performance lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain and update shared resources (e.g., SharePoint, knowledge bases) to ensure accurate and accessible information for employees and managers.
  • Lead or contribute to small to medium scale HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits, documentation, and controls to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
