Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering full-spectrum Human Resources support, including the management of payroll providing comprehensive HR support and leadership to employees within the organization. This role manages and executes a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, health and safety, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR policy administration, regulatory compliance, performance management, payroll, HRIS, leave management, and employee programs. The Sr HR Generalist with the HR Director ensures the uniformity and equity of personnel practices, serves as a key communication liaison, and executes continuous improvement initiatives to support the organization’s goals.
