About The Position

As a Senior HR Generalist (People Operations Generalist), you will operate at the intersection of people, processes, and technology—driving operational excellence, digital innovation, and AI-enabled People Operations. Responsibilities People Operations & Process Excellence Lead, optimize, and maintain end-to-end People processes including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, performance management, compensation cycles, and offboarding. Standardize and document processes to ensure scalability and compliance. Apply process mapping, root cause analysis, and automation to reduce manual work. Serve as an HRIS power user to ensure workflow and data accuracy. Digital HR Innovation & AI Enablement Implement AI-driven solutions to improve Operations efficiency and experience. Partner cross-functionally to ensure ethical AI use in People processes. Evaluate emerging HR technologies and translate insights into enhancements. Create training and change materials supporting AI-enabled tools. Strategic People Operations Support Advise managers on performance, policies, and employee relations issues. Support workforce planning, engagement, change management, and culture initiatives. Partner with PBPs and COEs to deliver People programs. Use data insights to identify workforce trends and risks. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and governance standards. Maintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness. Support investigations and sensitive matters with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
  • Strong digital skills and commitment to SOP consistency and data integrity.
  • Experience optimizing People processes through technology or automation.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Experience applying AI concepts to improve HR workflows.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
