About The Position

As a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the Deer Valley site operations and business teams. This role involves managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of HR initiatives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives. This position reports directly to the Deer Valley site HR leader and operates on a Hybrid work schedule from Phoenix, AZ. The role aims to impact the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to operations and business team members on HR practices and regulations
